Description:We've all heard that inflammation is the root of many health issues, but what exactly is inflammation and how can we resolve it? In this interactive workshop and cooking demo, integrative nutrition health coach AMBER ROBERTSON of Bliss Holistic will teach participants about inflammation and the role food can play in effectively reducing it, how to nourish the body with whole foods while removing the top three inflammatory offenders: gluten, dairy, and refined sugar. Participants will get to sample several anti-inflammatory dishes prepared in class.
