Description:Chef DARRYL DINNING of Panache Catering will teach you the culinary secrets behind creating some of the most popular appetizers and tapas-style dishes for your next dinner party. You will learn how to make four small bites: mini crab cakes, pulled pork wontons with avocado cream, spinach dip bites, and balsamic bruschetta. Great cooking isn’t just about the recipes — it’s about the techniques, which this class will provide in a fun, hands on environment. Age 21 and up.
