Description:USN alumna and owner of Dozen Bakery, CLAIRE MENEELY will introduce students to the art form of making long-fermented sourdough bread from start to finish. Students will leave with their own sourdough starter from Dozen Bakery. This starter is originally from France, carrying on a tradition that has lasted for over 100 years. Age 21 and up.
