Description:

Imagine waking up in the morning and having a light, flaky croissant waiting for you to enjoy with your morning cup of coffee. Owner/baker at Village Bakery and Provisions SAM TUCKER will give you the road map to create this classic laminated dough that is the foundation for so many breakfast pastries.  Starting with the history of this yeast-leavened dough, he will then explore the tools and skills you need to create it in your own kitchen.
