Join chef, baker, Tinwings' magician MARCIA McKEOGH and her trusted cohort, USN parent of alumni and baker extraordinaire MARGEE BRENNAN as they walk you through the steps to make a pie from start to finish. They will teach you how to create a delicious pie crust in the same amount of time that it would take you to thaw a trans-fat laden frozen crust. They will guide you through the process of making a light and fluffy quiche as well as a pie for dessert. With their expertise, you will leave the class with a few tricks of the trade to create both sweet and savory pies at home. Age 21 and up.
