Description:James Beard Foundation Award winning Chef GERARD CRAFT leads participants in this exploration of Emilia-Romagna cuisine. This region of Italy, with its capital Bologna, is home to some of the most famous brands and cultural icons in the automotive and fashion worlds as well as some of the most recognizable dishes in culinary history. Bring your curiosity and your appetite in joining chef Craft as he prepares classics such as Gnocco Fritto and Tagliatelle Bolognese, whilst exploring favorites such as Prosciutto, Parmigiano-Reggiano, and Emilia-Romagna Balsamico. Age 21 and up.
