Leonora Zilkha Williamson is a people-person who has spent her career in business. She empowers teams and individuals to access their best selves and navigate profound transformations. As founder and CEO of Platinum Rule Advisors, Leonora uses the art and science of human behavior to bring out the best in people and teams.

Leonora’s career includes leadership roles at J.P. Morgan, Boston Consulting Group and Estée Lauder. A lifelong learner, she is a graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Business School, and a certified coach through Newfield Network and the International Coach Federation. In addition, she is a member of the Harvard Institute Of Coaching.

Leonora has lived in eight countries, speaks five languages, carries two passports and currently calls Nashville, Tennessee, home. She has two daughters and a golden retriever named Scout.

Leonora is a founding partner of women’s angel investment group The JumpFund. The JumpFund is a female- and Southeastern-focused venture capital firm dedicated to establishing the Southeast as the best place for women to invest in or grow a business. She also sits on the board of her family’s company, Sabre Yachts. In her spare time, she teaches Negotiation to undergraduate students at Vanderbilt University.
