Instructor: Evan LoJacono and Hayley Teague

In this virtual, online class, join Chef EVAN LOJACONO and Beverage Director HAYLEY TEAGUE as they show you how to prepare one of Hathorne's most popular dishes and cocktails.

Hayley kicks off the proceedings by demonstrating how to make one of their signature cocktails. 

Evan continues the class by showing you how to make Hathorne's famous gnocchi with mushroom and tomato ragu, almonds, and pecorino, enough for a party of 2.

Class Fee: $50 (for two people).

Materials Fee: $40, includes a kit with enough ingredients for 2 cocktails, and 2 portions of the Gnocchi to a heat and serve at home.

Evan LoJacono - Executive Chef

A Nashville native, Evan has been working in local kitchens since the age of 16, working his way up from dishwasher and frying chicken at a local meat & three to some of Nashville’s great kitchens. He’s worked for Mangia Nashville, The Grilled Cheeserie and Etch. Evan is passionate about reducing food waste through preservation and whole utilization techniques like fermentation and pickling. He loves cooking southern food, using unique ingredients and drawing influence from Asian cuisine, and loves sourcing the best local produce to use on Hathorne’s menu.

Hayley Teague - Beverage Director

Meet Hayley Teague. As Hathorne's Beverage Director she is responsible for maintaining and developing Hathorne's bar program and for ensuring all guests feel welcome and satisfied. She brings a sense of style and craft cocktail knowledge as well as being a level 1 Sommelier.
