Join Nicky's Coal Fired chef TONY GALZIN and his mom MARY JO for a very special cocktails and appetizers virtual event, coming to you live from the family kitchen in Chicago. Learn to make a refreshing Italian Spritz cocktail and a variety of spring antipasti. On the menu:
Students will be provided with the Galzin family recipe ahead of time in order for participants to procure the necessary ingredients for this class.

Tony Galzin brings years of diverse culinary experience from his hometown Chicago to current residence in Nashville. Galzin’s versatility between pastry and savory was showcased over his career, having worked as both an executive chef and an executive pastry chef. Alongside his wife Caroline, Galzin opened Nicky’s Coal Fired in December of 2016. Nicky’s is a neighborhood restaurant that draws inspiration from Galzin's Italian heritage, focusing on seasonal antipasti, pasta and pizzas fired in Tennessee’s only coal burning oven.
