Qigong has been cultivated for over 5,000 years for medical, martial and spiritual purposes. It is a discipline that trains a person to perceive, transport and transform energy. USN parent and certified practitioner YULIYA GULMI, will guide you through mind-body practices that improve mental and physical health by integrating postures, movement and exercises, breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques, energetic cleansing and charging. In this class, you will perform the classical Daoist Five exercises. The welcomed side effects may include deeper relaxation, better sleep, pain relief, increased energy levels, sharper focus, stress relief, proper oxygenation, peacefulness, and balance.

Yuliya Gulmi

Born and raised in St. Petersburg, Russia, Yuliya Gulmi earned a B.S. degree in Economics from Santa Clara University and an MBA degree at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Yuliya worked in the banking sector with positions in investment banking and equity research. Having interest in Eastern studies since teenage years, Yuliya trained in medical Qigong since 2011 completing Practitioner, Therapist and Master certification levels. She currently works with Qigong clients privately and at the Ha.Lé Integrative Health clinic. Her other activities and interests include plant-based nutrition, Daoism, breathing practices, EFT, Fact Maps, Tarot, meditation, freediving, Storytellers, Tai Chi, Transurfing, travel, yoga, and cooking.
